Join us for a viewing and discussion of 4 short documentaries from Brave New Films exploring the issues of DACA & detention centers for immigrants. Panelists include Osman Canales, Founder of Long Island Immigrant Students Association, a DACA student, and Michele Caldera-Kopf, an attorney with Long Island Regional Immigration Assistance Center. This event is part of Somos Unidos // We Are United, a series of events this fall sponsored by the UUFH Social Justice Ministry. Suggested donation is $7.
