Join the Suffolk County Democratic Socialists of America for our 8th chapter meeting! We have a carpool system (see below) and will have a Childcare Professional on-site.
We will be doing the following:
— Hold a discussion about workplace harassment, intersections of gendered oppression and capitalist oppression, bystander intervention, and brainstorming ways SC DSA can be proactive in preventing or addressing such issues if/when they occur in our circles, or around us.
— Vote to approve our new member Handbook and Chapter Code of Conduct
— Discuss developing a ‘Report Card’ for 2018 political candidates in local elections.
— New member introductions and SCDSA Feedback session.
— Discuss the latest from our Campaigns, working groups, and committees.
Need a ride? Can offer a ride to comrades in need? Please click here to sign up. https://www.groupcarpool.com/t/xwqmvo
