*This meeting is geared towards Nonprofit Directors, Members and Decision-Makers of Religious Institutions, Municipal Leaders, and Public Officials who want to bring solar to organizations in their communities.

Please join this upcoming community event with PowerUp Solar to learn about how your nonprofit can save thousands by going solar. This is the second leg of our campaign after successfully bringing our solution to three churches on Long Island.

PowerUp Solar Long Island believes that solar energy must be accessible for everyone. We are a partnership between the Long Island Progressive Coalition and Resonant Energy to bring 400 kW+ of nonprofit solar to Long Island in 2018 as a part of the Department of Energy SunShot Initiative: Solar In Your Community Challenge.

PowerUp Solar is designed to reduce the cost of solar for nonprofits by:

-Bundling multiple projects to bid them out collectively
-Making use of tax credits through third-party financing
-Offering loan options to avoid upfront costs

(Utilizing low-interest financing, organizations can also undergo roof improvements through this process)

By combining these strategies, we can reduce the cost of solar for nonprofits up to 40%. PowerUp makes it simple for your organization to realize the benefits of solar power.

Harnessing the power of the sun allows organizations to reduce not only their environmental impact but also overhead costs, so they can utilize their resources to better serve communities.

For any questions, please reach out to Ryan Madden, Sustainability Organizer with the Long Island Progressive Coalition at [email protected] or visit our website at powerupsolarli.com.
